I was tasked with showing the intricacy between denim and silver. The denim roses represent the evolution of the relationship between workwear and luxury. Additionally, it’s meant to symbolize the versatility of denim while showcasing the fabric's intricate details, including the rolls and placement. Once a symbol of the working class, denim has grown into a material embraced by high fashion, and the blooming forms reflect that transformation. The intertwined silver chains highlight the importance of smaller details, merging industrial metal with soft, worn fabric to illustrate how the two worlds now coexist. Through the density of the rolls, layered textures, and the tension between rigid metal and flexible denim, the image highlights the importance of intricate details and the delicate balance between strength, utility, and refinement. The silver necklaces interwoven through the rolls highlight the importance of small details.
